SALES PERSON / ACCOUNT MANAGER - Recruitment and Hiring Sales

We are expanding and now have 5 openings for a fulltime SALES PERSON / ACCOUNT MANAGER to call on accounts by phone and in-person where possible. Knowledge or experience in the recruitment industry is an asset. We also have part-time openings available.
Our company is the leader in using social media and cutting edge approaches to help businesses recruit top talent. We specialize in providing candidates for hard-to-fill positions throughout North America (we are not a staffing agency). We are similar to a job board that provides candidates to companies hiring—with one major exception—our approach is the next step in the evolution of hiring. The segments of the job market we target are active even in this economy.
To be successful, you need to be able to conduct professional sales calls via the phone or Skype. Our account managers work from their home offices. Your success is based on the volume of outbound calls you make—ideally at least 40 outbound calls per day. There are more leads than we can cover which is why it is critical to be able to work at a fast pace in order to maximize your income. As well, you will be taking inbound calls and doing follow up emails with clients and prospective clients. The ideal candidate is able to multi-task and possesses strong telephone sales skills along with above average customer service skills. In some cases, in-person meetings may be needed, too. It is a performance-based position with very high income potential. We prefer a university education but will interview a person with relevant work experience in place of a degree. It is a very fast-paced and fun company to be a part of!
You will be part of a 15 plus person sales team that covers North America. We meet 2-3 times per week online and are in constant contact via instant messaging and CRM. If this is a position you would like to explore please apply with a resume and covering letter.
