We are searching for qualified Technicians to assist with several commercial installation projects throughout the Austin Metro area.
Qualified candidates MUST have:
. A valid drivers license,
. The ability to pass all licensing background requirements
. Minimum 1 year of experience in either access control, security alarm or fire
alarm
. Excellent communication skills both written & oral
. Troubleshooting abilities,
. Ability to read & understand blueprints
. Know proper cabling procedures
. Great work ethic.
Current Positions available:
Fire Alarm Installer:
Fire Alarm Minimum Qualifications:
- Know how to install, test, and troubleshoot devices such as pull stations, strobes, sirens, smoke detectors, etc with minimum to no supervision
- Working knowledge of test equipment including but not limited to: multi-meters, digital analyzers, battery analyzers, frequency meters, decibel meters, and communications devices.
- Certifications and Fire Alarm License preferred but not required.
- Fire Alarm Panel programming preferred but not required.
Security/Access Control Minimum Qualifications:
- Know how to install, test and troubleshoot devices such as magnetic- locks, door strikes, key pads, badge readers, motion detectors, IP cameras, Glass Breaks, etc, with minimum to no supervision.
- Working knowledge of test equipment including but not limited to: multi-meters, digital analyzers, battery analyzers, frequency meters, decibel meters, and communications devices.
- Certifications and Security Alarm License preferred but not required
