Client is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Functional Analyst to be the Help Desk Analyst for the Microsoft Dynamics applications. You will be working with internal users to troubleshoot issues for resolution. You will need to be able to process from start to finish the issues. You will need to have solid experience with a problem tracking system and Microsoft Dynamics. This is a 3 month contract with extensions and/or conversion to permanent.
