Skills needed:
-Strong experience with PHP4/5, Symphony or Ruby
-Extensive knowledge of Wordpress/Custom Theme Development/Plugins
-Experience in JavaScript: DOM, AJAX and libraries (jQuery, prototype, Dojo)
-Experience in CSS and cross browser style
-Experience with Facebook API integration (connect and fbml)
-Web services, API, REST, SOAP
-Basic understanding of SEO
